Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you contact us immediately, as our order fulfillment team works all hours of the day and typically starts processing an order as soon as 30 minutes from when it is placed.
We offer immediate order cancellations any time before your order goes through processing to be shipped - so if you change your mind within that time - please send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as long as your order has not yet been touched.
Orders that have begun processing are final as they will immediately be prepared to ship out.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products, we are currently suspending the acceptance of returns until further notice.

If your goods arrive in a damaged state, please contact us ASAP for a resolution.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy, etc., should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible to change and confirm. We will be able to make changes to your order before it is shipped. No refund will be given after an order is processed for shipping (typically a 24 hour time frame) due to incorrect shipping information.
How long does shipping take?
Due to the current shipping prioritization of essential items and the high volume of orders, shipping times can vary between 3 to 10 business days. USPS and UPS are our default shipping methods.
USPS tracking has not updated the status of my package for a long time now. What should I do?
USPS has been consistently heavily delayed due to having high volume and being understaffed. If you have not seen a status update with your package delivery in a while, we kindly ask that you please wait for at least 10 days from the last time-stamped notification, as USPS may have shuffled your package around on accident. If after 10 days there is still no update, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org

These masks are neither certified nor FDA approved. We are not claiming that our products prevent any illness or disease. They are not recommended for use in surgical settings or where significant bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected.
