Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we are currently suspending the acceptance of returns until further notice.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and confirm. We will be able to make changes to your order within 24 hours of it being placed. No refund will be given after the 24 hour time frame due to incorrect shipping information.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary due to the current shipping prioritization of essential items and the high volume of orders. Shipping times can take between 3 to 10 business days. (We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and may take longer than usual to get your items to you while we hire new team members to help with packaging. Thank you for your patience.)

Are these masks N95 Certified?
These masks are not N95 certified or FDA approved. We are not claiming that these masks prevent illness or COVID-19. They are not recommended for use in surgical settings or where significant bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected. Use of face masks is not intended to replace social distancing or the washing of hands.
Where are your face masks manufactured?
All SmartProMask face masks are made in our large production factory located in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam.
