Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations any time before your package is shipped (Typically 24 hours) - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we are currently suspending the acceptance of returns until further notice.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have filled in an incorrect address, simply contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and confirm. We will be able to make changes to your order before it is shipped. No refund will be given after an order is processed for shipping (typically a 24 hour time frame) due to incorrect shipping information.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary due to the current shipping prioritization of essential items and the high volume of orders. Shipping times can take between 3 to 10 business days. USPS is our default shipping method, however, you may also opt to choose UPS as a shipping option. As USPS is currently impacted with heavy delays to many post office locations, UPS may be a safer choice for those who wish to expedite their delivery time.
USPS tracking has not updated the status of my package for a long time now. What should I do?
USPS has been consistently heavily delayed due to having high volume and being understaffed. If you have not seen a status update with your package delivery in a while, we kindly as that you please wait for at least 10 days from the last time-stamped notification, as USPS may have shuffled your package around on accident. If after 10 days there is still no update, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
USPS is our default shipping method for free and low-cost shipping. In order to avoid such circumstances, you may choose to select UPS delivery at checkout instead.

Are these masks N95 Certified?
These masks are not N95 certified or FDA approved. We are not claiming that these masks prevent illness or COVID-19. They are not recommended for use in surgical settings or where significant bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected. Use of face masks is not intended to replace social distancing or the washing of hands.
Where are your face masks manufactured?
All SmartProMask face masks are made in our large production factory located in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam.
